The Special Kids Foundation in Discovery Bay is a non profit organization consisting of families who all have children with special needs.  They provide family support and activities for their mambers. The Wine and Chocolate Festival is their main fund raising event. Several wineries will be pouring and there will be lots of yummy chocolate   Hoofprints will be providing various types of support for this event.  See the attached flyer.
