Hagemann Farm is our Permanent Home
The City of Livermore and Hoofprints on the Heart signed a regulatory agreement at the end of February that has made it possible for Hoofprints to stay at Hagemann Farm for the next fifty years. The city will buy the property and Hoofprints will maintain the site and continue to operate our therapeutic riding center at the farm. The historic farm will thus be saved as it has been for over 100 years for the community to enjoy. We feel very blessed to have been trusted with such an awesome responsibility and opportunity.
