Scouts from Troop 924, several of their families and 2 trusty volunteers, Amy Ruth
and Lee spent the morning at Hoofprints putting in a huge garden on Thursday, June
17th. They had to prepare the soil and get rid of the weeds before putting in the many
plants and seeds from Alden Lane Nursery. Thank-you to Nathan White for leading
this effort. The produce from the garden will feed people at Open Heart Kitchen as well
as the families and staff at Hoofprints. We are very grateful for the efforts of everyone
involved.
